311 CLUB

You don’t have to worry about remembering the address for this club, located at 311 E. 6th St. The smoke-filled club is small and nothing fancy, but offers some of the best blues licks in the city.

ANTONE’S

Known as “Austin’s Home of the Blues,” this legendary nightspot (formerly on the north end of the Drag) has entertained audiences for over two decades. Since 1975, Clifford Antone has been drawing music lovers with some of the best blues names in the country. All ages welcomed.

STUBB’S BAR-B-Q

Barbecue, beer, and blues. Stubbs has it all. The late Charles “Stubb” Stubblefield of Lubbock opened this popular joint that smokes with meat and music. A Sunday gospel brunch is scheduled weekly.
