Austin Land and Cattle Company

In this traditional Texas-style steakhouse, steaks are hand cut, aged properly, and seasoned with a secret family recipe. Start with a salad, escargot, Texas sweet onion pie, or a specialty of the house: mushrooms battered with Shiner Bock. Be sure to save room for the real specialty of the house, though: steak. Here it ranges from filet mignon to rib eye to New York strip, cooked to order.

Other popular dishes include New Zealand lamb chops with jalap or mint sauce, sauteed mahi-mahi, yellowfin tuna, grilled chicken, and vegetable lasagna.
