Brick Oven, Austin

For over two decades, the Brick Oven has offered some of Austin’s finest pizza, elevating itself above the fast food genre to become a city tradition. The secret of its success: an oak-fired brick pizza oven that dates back over a century.

Today several locations in North Austin (including one at Lakeline Mall that we enjoy) and Brodie Lane provide diners with real oven-baked pizza as well as other Italian favorites. We still enjoy the Red River location best, however.
