Carmelo's Italian Restaurant, Austin

A favorite for proposals as well as wedding dinners, Carmelo's serves traditional Southern Italian cuisine in an elegant atmosphere. Meal options include delicious veal parmesan or veal marsala, seafood, and chicken.

Along with the menu, the location itself adds to the charm. This building was built in 1872 as the Old Depot Hotel and today is the oldest standing depot in Texas. You'll find an historic marker out front.
