Texas Beer Chicken
This unorthodox recipe for Texas beer chicken is
one of the easiest, moistest recipes youll ever run across.
3- to 5-pound whole chicken
Rinse chicken, pat dry, and season as you choose.
Open can of beer and slide bird over it, so that can inserts into cavity of chicken.
Stand the can (and the upright bird) in the cooker
for 5 1/2 hours at 160 degrees.
