Located in San Saba County between San Saba and Lampasas, this small community is named for the bend in the Colorado River. Today the community is best known for the nearby Colorado Bend State Park.

Attractions

Colorado Bend State Park. This primitive park above the Highland Lakes chain is located along a canyon of the Colorado River and is a favorite with birders.
