Ft. Worth Museum of Science & History Building New Facility
The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History will be constructing a new facility to begin in 2007 with completion in 2009.During construction, the Omni Theater, an IMAX(R) dome, will remain open. The Museum School(R) will operate across the street, south of the museum, in portable classrooms lent by the Fort Worth Independent School District. The museum will host some exhibits at an alternate nearby location and will announce those details soon.
