This weekend will bring Austin residents and visitors plenty of opportunities to shop for arts and crafts at the Texas State Arts Festival. Scheduled for March 3-4 at Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
The event will include Texas arts and crafts vendors, musicians, foods and historical performances.
