Tropical Storm Erin Comes Ashore

This morning Tropical Storm Erin came ashore just north of Corpus Christi. Although the winds were fairly minimal as far as tropical storms go, the rain associated with the storm will play a big part in Texas weather this week. Be sure to check weather forecasts before heading out for travel anywhere from Houston to Austin through the Hill Country and even as far west as Del Rio as the bands of rain continue to work their way across the state.
