With Christmas just around the corner, things will be cranking into high gear soon over at the Collins Street Bakery in Corsicana. Since 1896 this fruitcake has been a Texas holiday favorite; two Collins Street Bakeries in Corsicana sell the cakes as well as many other baked goods.
