POTD: Get Ready to Sneeze!


It's that time of year again: cedar fever season in central Texas! The male juniper trees are now dotted with these yellow buds, ready to send pollen off into the air with the slightest breeze. Sometimes the pollen in central Texas and the Hill Country is so thick it is mistaken for smoke. Cedar season continues into February and is at its peak on dry, windy days.
