POTD: Kerrville statue

This statue called "Wind and Rain" stands in Kerrville. The statue was a gift by the artist William Moyers and his wife, Neva, from Albuquerque. The statue portrays a cowboy and his horse, a fitting subject for the Museum of Western Art.
