Bonham, Texas Travel Guide Attractions Bonham State Park. Camping, fishing, swimming, and boating are all available here. The park also offers miniature golf, a playground, and pedal boat rentals. Located 1/2 mile southeast of Bonham via Route 78 and FM 271. Fort Inglish Village. This village contains a replica of a log blockhouse and a stockade built in 1837 that became the first building of the city of Bonham. There are also three original cabins on the site. Located a 1/2 mile west of Bonham on Rte. 56. Sam Rayburn Library and Museum. This library includes
a replica of Rayburn's U.S. Capitol office and memorabilia from his long
term in office---which was the longest of any Speaker of the House in
history. Located at 800 W. Sam Rayburn Drive 1/2 mile west of Bonham on
