Texas Hatters, Buda

Located conveniently along the eastern roadside of I-35, this modest store produces some of the most recognized hats in the state. The store's founder, the late Manny Gammage, was nicknamed "Texas's Hatmaker to the Stars." His hats were worn by Roy Rogers, Chuck Norris, Hank Williams, Jr., Danny Glover, Kathy Ireland, Willie Nelson, Ronald Reagan, Burt Reynolds and many others (look for their photos on the shop walls).

Along with western hats, you'll also find hand-blocked high rollers, Panamas, and derbies.
