First Monday Trade Days Photo Gallery Back to Canton Travel Guide Carlene Permenter, owner of Gatesville's Collector's Cottage (located in South Mountain on US 84), took these photos of Canton's First Monday Trade Days during a recent shopping excursion. The four-day shopping fest, which is called the world's oldest and largest flea market, is scheduled for the last Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceeding the first Monday of every month.
