The Contest: To celebrate the launch of the TexasTripper Online Cookbook, our July contest winner will receive a copy of Texas Cowboy Cooking, a hardback cookbook by Tom Perini. To enter, send in a Texas-related recipe to the TexasTripper Online Cookbook. It can be for traditional Texas fare--chili, barbecue, Tex-Mex--or recipes for dishes you'll find served at restaurants and in homes throughout Texas. We've got all sorts of categories from Beverages to Appetizers to Desserts...so get busy and dig out your favorite Texas recipes!
The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be selected from entries received through midnight, August 3, 2008; the winner will be announced on Monday, August 4, 2008. You may enter as often as you like; the contest is open to readers worldwide. Appropriate entries will be added to TexasTripper Online Cookbook.
