Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 (16-ounce) can tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1-2 teaspoons chili powder
2 large onions, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a skillet, cook meat, onions and peppers until meat is brown. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart casserole.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
