Ingredients:

3 green onions (tops and bottom)
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 bell pepper, quartered
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Salt
1 egg
1 cup corn meal (self-rising)
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup tomato juice

Cooking Instructions:

Process all ingredients in food processor or blender, adding in order given.

Heat deep fryer.

Form balls of one teaspoon each. Drop into hot oil, no more than six at a time. Fry to deep brown. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with fish, seafood.
