Tucked on a quiet residential street just a short walk from Arlington's entertainment district, Sanford House offers adults a chance to enjoy a quiet getaway. Sanford House resembles a 19th century French country structure but is actually a recent construction accurate in historic details down to a detached "carriage house."

Although it is located with a mile of Arlington's baseball stadium and a short drive from Arlington's theme parks, most visitors at Sanford House come for a quiet retreat.
