The Mansion of Terror

When: Each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from September 19 - October 12, Thursday through Sunday on October 16 - 19 and seven days a week from October 23 - November 2, 2008.

Where: Sky Ridge Plaza, located between Austin and Round Rock.

Considered by Lionsgate Films to be the nation's most hair-raising haunted house and deemed a five-star fright by About.com, this den of dementia delivers twice the slice and dice scares.

Step right up for big top terror inside Slaughter Circus, where the gaping grins of a group of ghoulish clowns welcome you to a blood-soaked creepshow.

As its name implies, the walls will run red at Blood Frenzy, where the buzz of a chainsaw will drown out your screams as you search for an escape among perilously narrow passageways that induce casket-clausing claustrophobia.

A haunt with heart, a portion of The Mansion of Terror's proceeds will go to local charities. Tickets can be purchased for one or both attractions. Coupons for $2 off admission are available at local Goodwill stores and at Halloween Express.

Warning: This horrorfest is not for the faint of heart. It is recommended that children under the age of 8 not attend, and that children 12 and under be accompanied by a parent.
