Hangman's House of Horrors
Fort Worth, Texas

When: September 26 - 27, each Friday and Saturday in October, with nightly dates from October 24 - November 1.

Where: 2300 West Freeway in Fort Worth

Bringing mayhem to the Metroplex each Halloween since 1988, the legend of Hezekiah Jones has brought Hangman's House of Horrors star status, with the Fort Worth frightfest appearing on The Travel Channel's America's Scariest Halloween Attractions. A haunt with heart, proceeds from tickets sales to over 484,000 thrill seekers has garnered over $1.5 million over the years for local charities.

While fear has a different face each year at three of the four attractions on the three-acre property, (past seasons have sent patrons screaming from The Beast, Hillbilly Cafe and the 3-D Funhouse) the main house offers ticket holders a return trip to the hangman's gallows, where Hezekiah Jones is hankering for his next victim.

Offering traditional Halloween hijinks instead of graphic gore, Hangman's is a family-friendly haunt. Along with the attractions, fear fans can join the monster mash going on in the entertainment area, where live bands blast out tunes that will wake the dead and wannabe singers who haven't lost their voices from screaming can take the mic for karaoke. Midway rides, games and concessions make the Halloween experience complete.
