International Sister Cities Festival, Laredo, Texas

This three-day bilingual event starts with an opening ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on at the Laredo Civic Center.

Look for over 130 exhibitors and 400 participants at this business, trade, tourism, arts and cultural exposition for the whole family.

Special Events: During the festival, learn a new dance at the Texas A&M International University Folklorico Workshop and Festival or do some networking at the U.S.-Mexico Sister Cities International Association Conference.
