Blue Bonnet Cafe, Marble Falls Looking for a real example of a Texas diner? Here it is. Since 1929 (since 1946 in this location), the Blue Bonnet Cafe has served locals and visitors plenty of country cooking, including chicken-fried steak, fried chicken, and burgers. The resturant also serves breakfast throughout the day as well as mouth-watering pieces (don't miss the coconut meringue...or the pecan...or the peanut butter...)
Whenever you go to the Blue Bonnet, plan on the restaurant to be packed. The diner has enlarged several times but you'll always found a crowd here. We've always found fast, friendly service here, though. Location: on US 281 near the bridge. Back to Marble Falls Travel Guide |
