An excellent source of information on the region is the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce office found at Buchanan Dam. The visitors center is located on TX 29 at the dam. The building includes a room filled with brochures from around the state; a second room offers Chamber assistance (and sells gifts and soft drinks...not to mention fish food!)
