Attractions Chinati Foundation. One of the largest permanent installations of contemporary art in the world, the Chinati Foundation displays works by its founded Donald Judd and others. It has a total of 32 buildings on 400 acres, with numerous outdoor sculptures by a variety of artists. Marfa Lights A visitors center located eight miles east of Marfa on U.S. 67/90 displays information on the mysterious lights and provides a viewing center.
