San Antonio Children's Museum

Hands-on fun is the theme of this interactive museum. Targeted to children ages 2-10, the museum give young travelers an opportunity to explore subjects from gardening to global communications.

Various exhibits represent the people and places of San Antonio with displays such an elevator in the shape of the Tower of the Americas and people puzzles representing historic figures.

Location: 305 E. Houston St. one block west of River Walk.
