This property offers 149 studio suites located on a quiet stretch of the River Walk, directly across the San Antonio River from the Municipal Auditorium. The long, low-rise structure, easy to spot thanks to its terra-cotta roof, has many rooms with balconies that overlook the River Walk.

Guest Rooms: Four classes of rooms are available. All rooms include coffee and coffeemakers, an iron and ironing board, telephones and dataports, and voice mail. The deluxe rooms, decorated in soft tones and with plush carpeting, are equipped with a minifridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and wet bar. Studio suites offer up to 50 percent more space than a typical hotel room, and each includes a minifridge, microwave, and wet bar. Executive Suites are double the size of a traditional hotel room; each is outfitted with an expanded work area, two two-line phones, a full-size iron and ironing board, a minifridge, and a microwave as well as a small kitchen/wet bar area with seating. The Jacuzzi/Honeymoon Suites include the amenities of an Executive Suite, plus a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi tub.

Amenities: A complimentary breakfast buffet is available every week day from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m., and every weekend from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Wednesday nights bring the Wednesday Night Social Hour, when complimentary beverages are served along with a light dinner. The hotel also has an outdoor pool with a sundeck and a patio with a good view of the River Walk, a convenience store where guests can buy items that they may have left at home, a guest laundry room, a fitness center, valet parking, room service every day of the week except Sunday, a free newspaper Monday through Friday, and cable TV with HBO and Nintendo. All of the excitement of the River Walk is only steps away, and the river taxi picks up right at the hotel.
