Watermark Hotel and Spa
San Antonio, Texas

The 19th-century L. Frank Saddlery building was redesigned and opened in December 2003 as the brand-new Watermark Hotel and Spa. Fitted with every amenity imaginable and poised for impeccable service, this upscale retreat makes guests feel pampered, indulged, rejuvenated, and invigorated.

Branded as “Old World Charm, Texas Ranch Hospitality, and 21st-Century Sophistication,” the Watermark is San Antonio’s only five-star hotel on the River Walk, and quite deservedly so.

Guest Rooms: Every spacious guest room and suite has high ceilings and is decorated in warm, relaxing colors. Hand-forged iron four-poster beds, marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, fine furnishings, and original works crafted by Texas artists round out the picture creating this luxurious San Antonio escape.

Spa: The spa and fitness center is a state-of-the-art haven to pamper both body and soul, and the hotel even offers spa suites for in-room service. We enjoyed massages during our stay here and can attest to the relaxation the spa affords.

Dining: The Watermark features world-class dining with Pesca on the River, offering fresh seafood and an oyster bar set on an exquisite terrace along the river.
