River Art Group Gallery, San Antonio

Located next to La Villita’s Little Church, the River Art Group Gallery represents the work of 500 artists and craftsmen. The River Art Group was founded in 1947, making it the city's oldest art group.

Today its members sponsor the annual River Art Show in October, and display their works year-round in the gallery, which is open daily.

If you're looking for a watercolor of the Paseo del Rio, this is the place. Fireplace pokers, branding irons, foot scrapers and bootjacks are other popular purchases.
