This year we were honored to be asked by the Taylor International Barbecue Cook-Off to serve as judges.

After going over the preliminaries of judging, we headed off to view the nearly 100 competitors here for the event. Some judges took off with clipboards to judge Showmanship and Elaborate Rig competitions. |
