This zoo features natural habitats in its displays including the African savanna, Gibbon Island, Sumantran tigers and Treetop Village.

The newest exhibit area at the zoo is known as the Brazos River Country, which journeys from the Gulf to the Caprock region, exploring the areas through plant and animal life.

The zoo is open daily.
